• Our made to order products are fabricated by us in our West Heidelberg workshop 
• When you email us about a made to order product we’ll confirm the details before we get started
• You can pay via credit card or direct debit, we’ll send you the details once we confirm your order
• Most made to order pieces take 4-6 weeks but we will always try to accommodate you if you need something sooner
• We offer trade prices on our products for commercial clients
