Can I customise your Idle Hands products?

Yes, we will happily customise any of our products to suit your needs, please send us an email with your requirements.

Can I get custom colours?

Yes, custom colours are available for all furniture items. For Jex and Passage, you will need to choose from our standard colours unless you are ordering in large quantities. 

Can you make me a custom piece?

Yes, we are happy to work with you to create a custom piece. Please email through a drawing of your idea with dimensions we can give you a quote.

Do you do custom steel fabrication for architectural projects?

Yes, we often work with architects, interior designers and builders on metal fabrication for commercial and residential projects. Please send through drawings of your project and we can give you a quote.

Can I pick up my item from your workshop?

Yes, we are happy to arrange a specific time with you for pickups at the workshop, please send us an email.

Can I come to the workshop to see an item?

Yes, we are happy to arrange a specific time for you to visit the workshop to view items, please send us an email. However, please note that, as we make to order not every item is always in stock. You can also see items by visiting our stockists.

How will my furniture items be delivered interstate?

All large furniture items are sent through specialist Furniture carriers. These carries will contact you directly to arrange drop off and handle all your items with care.

I bought an item internationally, how long will it take to arrive?

Items are usually sent within a week. You will receive an email with tracking information when it is sent. It’s important that you monitor your tracking notifications so you know when your item has arrived in your country as some postal services will return the item to Australia if it hasn’t been collected within a certain amount of time.
