You can send an email to hello@idlehands.design or fill out the form on this page. Our made to order products are fabricated by us in our Thomastown workshop. When you email us about a made to order product we’ll confirm the details before we get started. You can pay via credit card or direct debit, we’ll send you the details once we confirm your order.

Most made to order pieces take 4-6 weeks but we will always try to accommodate you if you need something sooner. We offer trade prices on our products for commercial clients. We are happy to answer any other questions so please get in touch. Find us on Facebook and Instagram as well!
